1. Definitions

5.6 Withdrawal Cancellation

10.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and ph828, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting our customer support team with a detailed description of the issue. If the dispute cannot be resolved through support channels within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for regulatory mediation. Both parties agree to cooperate with PAGCOR's dispute resolution process and provide all requested documentation. Disputes that cannot be resolved through PAGCOR mediation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws, with proceedings conducted in English in Metro Manila.

10.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
